(a) Make and save a written oath.
(b) Record and save audio and/or video version of the oath for each participant
(c) Each user can retake the oath
(a) Take and save declaration of conflict for each agenda of each meeting.
(b) Each user with declared conflict of interest can withdrawal the declaration before the meeting ends
(a) Every user belongs to one or more meeting category and during meeting invitation will be done to the specified meeting category.
(b) All participants receive email notification after being invited.
(c) Invited user should confirm attending the meeting or send their apology through the system.
(d) All participant in the meeting are visible to users in that meeting.
